A little speedpaint of a drawing I had made before around last newyear (2012/2013), I changed the expression and color palette and improved bone structure/facial form.

This is a speedpaint I made about a week ago, I used a screencap from the movie “Stoker” as a reference.. the girl in my drawing is called “India” in the movie, hence the name. You should also check out the film it’s absolutely amazing! (If you’re into psychological thrillers)

Anyways.. I trief a different technique for a change, normally i would use lineart as a base for my drawing but this time i did without and this was actually the first time I’ve tried this. I have had very positive feedback on it.

india Original

This was the original one but I’ve been playing around with color a bit and I really liked this version myself:

India Blue

Which one do you prefer?

Mangaminx Pirate

Mangaminx Pirate

A little digital speedpaint i did as a titlecard for the youtuber Mangamix (also known as therpgminx or just Minx), she is a “let’s player” on youtube that plays games with other youtubers as entertainment, this particular titlecard was for a game called “Pirate Wars” which is part of “Gmod”.
I used a picture by Senshistock as a reference.

This is very recent, i finished it on August 16th and was hoping to make something in the dark fantasy category and i feel like that had been achieved however i also think that it lacks emotion like practically everything i make.. the thing about this one is that it’s very clearly my style and it might not just be a “pretty” face and that makes it different.
Personally i really like it, someone gave me some good advice on improving this piece and it worked!

This is something i made at the end of July, i know I haven’t been posting for a while so i’m just putting it up here right now.. this one was inspired by the cat version of the character Hanekawa from the anime Bakemonogatari.

This is a digital painting that I’ve been working on and I am quite satisfied with the outcome.
It took me maybe about 4/5 hours to complete, I might make a walkthrough/tutorial of this one to show my process.. it’s actually fairly simple but still I think it could help for the real noobies.

The model is Chelsea Christian (httt://chelseachristian.com) and this is the picture I used as a reference: http://scottworldwide.deviantart.com/art/Chelsea-2-304018239

Anyways.. here she is:
